This is a grade A listed (deconsecrated) church which has been the locale of the Limerick dance community since 2005. I was engaged by Dance Limerick to develop the design for an energy upgrade consisting of a new highly efficient heating system distributed by suspended ceiling panels, new insulated roofs using cellulose insulation & airtightness measures and new low energy windows throughout. Don O’Malley service engineers designed the heating system, Rogerson Reddan provided Quantity Surveyor services and PBC construction carried out the works. The project was funded by the Dept for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht.
